AbOut ME (Pending Revision)
A strange blind au ra xaela woman hailing from the Azim Steppe, her features betray her birthplace despite the similarities to other xaela. Her horns are on the top of her forehead in lieu of the usual placement seen with most au ra, one of which glows an eerie violet colour. Her scales have been warped with sprawling dark tendrils that snake out from the poisoned sharp edges, with hues that match her luminescent horn spotted throughout. From the outside looking in, Drae lives a relatively peaceful life. She established a speakeasy in the 11th ward of The Goblet in the heart of Thanalan. Entreating the night with quiet meditation, she then attends her mysterious obligations, finding peace as the dawn ascends with hushed dulcet conversations. The xaela is rarely ever seen outside of places where she has attained sanctum, seemingly moving through glamour and gloom where her appearance may bring pause or animosity.Though she may often mantle an intimidating presence, Drae wields graceful candor in a stark dichotomy of benevolent and understanding stoicism. Never wearing fear or uncertainty, nor brandishing anger, she has a preternatural calm about her and seems to entertain those who others would normally admonish, while still keeping company with those of positive rapport. When the butterfly's wings unfurl from chrysalis, it flutters through guiding currents of haunting winds, only to land upon the viscid threads of the spider's web. She follows the wistful beckon of its panicked struggle as her delicately woven strings sing to her of her awaiting prey. Drae is a woman of intense patience, carefully and intricately building a grand design only she can see, ambushing every opportunity with deft and discrete intention.Within the titanic web of omens she weaves, she wields the myriad connections she forms in ways that one could only dream of. Whatever motives she may have lack obvious relation to one another, leaving her intent submerged beneath an indecipherable mist. In a breath, she may seem nefarious, only to pave way for benevolence.

BAcKgrOUnd (Pending Revision)
Beginning her life in a humble village of the Mol tribe, Drae's childhood was withered away peacefully as she tended to the daily tedium demanded by life in the Azim Steppe. With time, the udgan recognized her aptitude for spirituality and potential as a shaman who would carry on the tradition of communing with the elder gods. Following this recognition, she enthusiastically engaged in training under the udgan, learning the deepest ways of her kin. However, as ravenous curiosity burned in her heart she became disillusioned with the ways of her tribe and the elder gods, her focus veering away toward the esoteric occult.
Drae became obsessive with her studies, finding herself drawn toward the thirteenth shard, more commonly known as the void by the masses in the know. Her mind drifted and delved into the abysmal depths, picking apart rare tomes she lifted off foreigners, learning arcane thaumaturgic secrets. With ignorant recklessness, she had woven rituals in attempts to commune with voidsent. With a languid span passing, her activities inevitably brought forth the eye of what she sought...Serimosa, a peculiar eidolon from the void struck her village with wrath spelling the death of several innocent lives. Drae begged her to cease her attack, pleaded with her, offering to do anything if she stopped. The eidolon met her eyes and in that fleeting moment, the world unraveled into endless dark just after she saw what horrified her to the very marrow of her bones. Serimosa looked just like her. Her sight was sundered from her with a malefic curse, rendering her forever blinded and the eidolon's presence invaded her body with the promise that her vessel would one day be forfeit.Brought before the Mol tribe to be judged, Drae was condemned for the deaths of her kin by the udgan, and sentenced to indefinite exile. From that day, she would wander aimlessly across Othard, unable to find her way in the endless black, tormented by guilt and the menacing whispers of Serimosa poisoning her mind.
OrdeR of THe DaHliA (Pending Revision)
Following the dissemination of an organization once known as the Khunijin and the death of their ancient leader, Xverria. One of the only remaining loyalists, Draezha Serimosa had seized control of the mysterious faction. She was met with a promise of restoration by the Order of the White Dahlia, a collection of individuals who allegedly specialized in the trade of exotic goods, and procurement and detention of dangerous rare artifacts. At first, the promise was shadowed with doubt, given the lack of foreseeable reasoning behind offering the tremendous amount of resources required to accomplish this task. However, it was revealed that Kymira, The White Dahlia herself, was one of the Khunijin prior to its discordance, dispelling whatever reticence Drae initially held. With a total loss of unit cohesion and the existence of a splinter cell that formed from the diffusion of the Khunijin, their ancient namesake was abandoned as to not be associated with the traitors. The Order of the Black Dahlia was formed and the two orders united together, pooling both resources and a myriad of attributions that suited their ultimate cause: to dismantle corruption within civilization and fell tyranny. With their union in tow, the order soon chose to meld, becoming the Order of the Dahlia in lieu, their two respective leaders within referred to by their foundational monikers: The Black Dahlia and The White Dahlia. Now, the order specializes in a wide array of shadowy operations including, but not limited to: control of exotic trade, detaining dangerous artifacts, espionage, infiltration, and assassination. Their mission statement: to silently act as the shadows of Etheirys, guarding the innocent from internal dissonance.
tHE KHunijiN (Pending Revision)
Long before Doma and The Dawn Throne of the Azim Steppe, there existed in Othard an ancient empire ruled by the Morgshig Dynasty. Its namesake, Mor, meaning 'of death', and gshig, meaning 'silk' or 'Of Silken Death', pays homage to the forgotten goddess of death, Rivexia, whose chosen form is that of a great spine-backed orb weaver. Her thorax blooming into that of a black dahlia, a skeletal visage and mandibles of bone striking fear into those who dared look upon her without due respect. The Morgshig Dynasty was home to a great dragon descended from the cosmos by the name of Xverria, who, like the Morgshig held the goddess, Rivexia, in monolithic esteem. Xverria chose secrecy, acting as a shadow advisor to the dynasty. The Khunijin were established as the dragon's own entourage, and served as her humble emissaries and zealous followers of Rivexia. The most devout of the Khunijin, were named Kharankui, who endured ritual sacrifice, becoming revenants as to bring themselves closer to the goddess of death, giving themselves fully to her as they surrendered the opportunity of ever returning to the aetherial sea. In death, their souls would be obliterated and forever trapped in Rivexia's river of blood. The Kharankui inked upon their chest an inverted triangle, a symbol of their unshakeable faith in the goddess. A symbol that represented Rivexia's web and her domain, the ethos of the Morgshig; power in the hands of the people, and the great chalice of knowledge. The Khunijin transcended time, remaining in operation throughout the eras, enduring even the great calamities, until their draconic leader perished, taking with her every last record of their meticulous work to protect their secrets. Now, the Khunijin act as a traitorous splinter cell from what they once represented, their remaining loyal members reforming as the Order of the Dahlia.

THE CONFlUEnce
The Confluence is a concept of juxtaposition, a convergence of like and unlike. Their mission is to create connections with nobility, politicians, illicit entities, military, and mercenaries. Independent or organized, they seek to quietly pull the unseen strings that puppeteer the balance of the world. Though they are not an organization so steeped in shadow to be unknown, they operate through discreet channels using modified tomestone devices. Through the cloaked information network, members are afforded the discretion to communicate with one another indirectly and swiftly, preventing observers from connecting any member of the network to another. For every connection made by The Confluence, it serves to facilitate more connections, acting as a proverbial mill for information trade between different entities who would otherwise not engage with each other in business or other activities. Since its inception, the growth of The Confluence has become impossible to monitor, even its own agents unaware of just how many individuals operate within the network. However, it is known that the organization has a presence in every corner of the source, though some areas more than others.Originally formed as an organization that worked exclusively with illicit entities, The Confluence has since expanded under new oversight to include individuals and organizations with vastly varying motives. By allowing their presence to exist within the shadow of a conspicuous establishment and keeping its members hidden in plain sight, it makes the conduct of the network almost impossible to pin. This prevents the network from having to limit who it works with in the way of a traditional information brokerage. The distinction of being involved within a full spectrum of varying ethics sets it apart from being an illicit establishment and carves its goals in the grey of moral alignment. With no grandiose motive to change the world, the network does not associate itself directly with any organization and strictly maintains an unbiased and neutral stance on world events throughout Eorzea. It is rumored that the privilege of joining The Confluence belongs only to those who receive a spellbound black envelope sealed by purple wax adorned with an inverted triangle sigil that resembles a dream-catcher. Once the recipient receives the letter, they are directed to meet a contact. Beyond this swirling rumor, it is unknown how anyone may draw the attention of The Confluence.

DEmON'S REVeRie
Amidst the glancing gaze of the observing masses, Demon's Reverie maintains the anodyne guise of a welcoming speakeasy. Keeping its doors open to any merely seeking respite in the eve of an arduous day, or for those looking to meld into the shadows of a quieted evening. The Reverie offers an array of exotic drinks, music, and enticing escorts to its patrons. However, underneath the gilded surface of the establishment lurks an immense hidden network of individuals dedicated to catching the vagrant dreams of those who desire change. The speakeasy serves as the known headquarters for The Confluence organization and a sanctuary for individuals from all walks of life, or even from the stars beyond the source. It sits upon the eastern cliff-side of a secluded ward in The Goblet as a monolithic and strange establishment draped in far eastern architecture. Each week on Wednesday evenings, its doors open to patrons from all over Eorzea and beyond, allowing the bar to serve as a means for inquiry and trade of information that is both common and veiled. With its proclivity towards being a sanctuary for all, it is said that beings even as strange and uncommon as voidsent or sin eaters alike can be found walking its dark-tiled floors dimly lit by the iconic giant clock decorated with eastern floral designs. There is never any telling what you may learn upon entering the premises, or perhaps, it is the perfect place to find business for odd jobs or even mercantile trade. There is rumor that every member of the alluring staff is an agent of The Confluence, though it is suspected that some are just as uninvolved as the patrons themselves beyond working the floor.Find out more on the Demon's Reverie Carrd

SerimOsa (Pending Revision)
A reflection manifest from the thirteenth, Serimosa was both the proverbial and physical consequences of Drae's unchecked curiosity that led her to peer into the void, eager to learn of its destitute secrets. Though Serimosa was merely Drae's reflection, she was far from insipid as she had come into existence from the time of the Contramemoria War over twelve-thousand years in the past.Upon her beckoned arrival in Etheirys, she wrought havoc upon the hapless small village of the Mol tribe where Drae began her story. The ignorant xaela girl pleaded with Serimosa, begging her to suspend her attack upon her people in exchange for anything she could offer, and in that brief moment, Serimosa both cursed her sight and invaded her body, threatening Drae with the promise of eventually taking her vessel for herself and using it to bring chaos and destruction.Serimosa's powerful magics rested in the arcane manipulation of dreams, capable of placing lesser beings into dreamlike trances and plaguing them with insidious hallucinations or altering their very memories and emotions from within their own minds. If she had been successful in overcoming Drae, she could have caused untold destruction in her wake, without her presence ever so much as whispered of.However, Drae took great measures over the years to overcome Serimosa. With the help of the Khunijin and Xverria, she stemmed the tide of the corruption Serimosa had afflicted upon her. In the interim, she utilized aetheric siphons built by Danika Harrow to gather trace amounts of aether from unsuspecting patrons of her cabaret of dreams. She then used this aether to reject Serimosa and fought her in a devastating battle within The Black Shroud, where in her desperation, she committed diablerie, an act of consuming ones reflection. This created a steep aetheric instability within and furthered the mutations her body endured as it fought to choose between the visage of Serimosa or her own. With the help of several hand-picked companions, Drae sought to conquer Serimosa's influence by merging their souls through a rite known as The Golconda. However, despite the success of this rite, she still suffered lingering effects that poisoned her body whenever she drew upon the well of her aether to use magic. This severely handicapped her as magic had been her crutch throughout her life in lieu of absent sight. Her goddess, Rivexia, then feasted upon the memories of Serimosa that still plagued her and rid her of the sickening aether, replacing it with the deathly aether of the goddess herself, but destroying Serimosa in the process with ultimate finality.

Xverria (Pending Revision)
Xverria was a great dragon descended from the cosmos who remained obscured in shadows and silence, keeping her presence shrouded from common knowledge. Once the shadow advisor to the ancient Morgshig Dynasty empire, she and the Khunijin who served as her emissaries kept a silent vigil over Etheirys, maintaining the mission of dismantling corruption within civilization and ushering death to the tyrannical. When Drae first wandered as a vagrant beyond the stifling boundaries of her homeland, she eventually found herself in Coerthas, attempting to materialize a new life for herself within the slums of Ishgard. She foolishly believed that finding hearth so far from her home, she would free herself of the languishing memories of her past that haunted her. However, in Ishgard, she was met with discrimination that kept her from ever truly establishing herself.Hedge Knights who wielded more profound issue with her existence due to her apparent void touched corruption sought to hunt her down, pursuing her into the Coerthian wastes. She helplessly fled and stumbled through the frigid snow, beginning to lose feeling in her limbs to callous desolate cold until she eventually found herself cornered by the hate-ridden knights in Behemoth's Dominion.Xverria had long since transposed her operations from Othard after the descent of the Morgshig Dynasty, taking up residence in a secluded lair within the shadow of the mountains south-west of Ishgard. As she observed the panicked xaela desperately scrambling for purchase, the distance of the cliff-side was closing in quickly. The dragon swooped down with vicious alacrity, impaling the pursuers upon her talons, and apathetically dropping their bloodied corpses in the snow.Taking the form of a simulacrum, Xverria stood over the xaela, blocking her path as she continued to struggle despite the swift demise of the knights. Drae crashed into Xverria's legs and the dragon peered down at the terror-stricken woman, promptly realizing that she was blind and took pity upon her as the woman fainted in a state of inconsolable dread. When Drae awoke, she found herself within the lair of the Khunijin, where Xverria fussed over her as a mother would. It was then, that the dragon offered Drae a chance at salvation; to become Khunijin. Out of options, Drae took the offer without reluctance, learning of their ways, their secrets, enduring their training, and accepting Rivexia as her goddess. Her devotion festered over time and she took the oath of the Kharankui, choosing to endure the traditionally required ritual sacrifice to become a revenant, which served dilatory delay to the corruption wrought upon her by Serimosa, and furthermore by the powerful eye lent to her by the venerable dragon. To her, Xverria was not just a mentor, but like a maternal comforting presence that she immensely adored. She had brought peace into Drae's life where it had been antecedently absent since her exile. When Drae committed diablerie, the sinful act of subsuming her reflection, she relinquished the borrowed eye to Xverria. She presumed her plight had come to a ceremonious halt. However, some months later, Drae returned to the lair, seeking Rivera's council, only to find the lair vacant. She bid The Confluence searched, but it ceased shortly thereafter with the results of the search covered up after two agents disappeared without explanation.Drae eventually returned to Behemoth's Dominion in a renewed search of Xverria during The Golconda rite to make amends with the dragon for her undisclosed absence. Though, it was quickly discovered that Xverria had in-fact perished in a battle that took place between Behemoth's Dominion and the veiled lair. After grieving the veritable tragedy, Drae took a vow to follow in the dragon's path and return the Khunijin to their former glory.

Rivexia (Pending Revision)
The forgotten god of death once worshiped by the denizens of the ancient Morgshig Dynasty empire in Othard. Rivexia's nigh unfathomable role in the esoteric hells and Etheirys remains as much a mystery as the fabled and unheard of empire who paid tribute to her with resolute devotion. Her chosen form manifest is the anguished dreary contiguity of a massive spine-backed orb weaver spider. From the peculiar bloom of the black dahlia that feathers its petals from the aft of her thorax to the semblance of her deathly skull affixed with mandibles of bone, her incarnation is one of terror and dread. She speaks in whispers and a paradigm of madness that weathers the sanity of the faithless audient. To those who remain fervently pious, however, her chittering utterance begets ghastly catharsis. Rivexia is a proletarian's goddess, who avails the meek and preys upon the supercilious who cast gloaming onerous shadows upon those they shirk.Drae accepted Rivexia as her goddess upon becoming one of the obscured Khunijin, finding immeasurable solace in her shadows and comforting whispers. She grew evermore devout as Rivexia elucidated her with the peace of her webs, granting her quiet resolve in the alleviation of death's indiscriminate release, for in death all are brought level. Her goddess brought her such relief that she immolated herself in her name, becoming an ardent revenant to bestow her ethos through her actions.Granted the blessing of becoming the avatar of the spider by the Vizier of the Dead, Drae embodied the mantle of her axiom and learned to wade into Rivexia's shadows with effortless ease, to walk through the goddess' river of blood amidst the ceaseless proliferating webs of her domain. A talent only the most adept of the Kharankui could accomplish. Now, as Rivexia has feast upon the intrusive memories of Serimosa, a reflection of the sundered stars. Drae was released from the toxin of her malediction, the dark aspect of her woven aether displaced with the goddess' own. With aid once more from the Vizier, her heart was given to the dead, splicing her existence betwixt life and death. Her body resembling her reach into the shadows of the beyond as her arm was warped by the grim of Rivexia's influence. What magic was lost, was exchanged with the means to wield the very shadows of Rivexia as a weapon and not merely a tool.

Raiza Ku'ku-Obscura (Pending Revision)
Marshal of tHe Ember Blades
"Amora de Carnifex"
Raiza Ku'ku, Heir of Zantl, a royal middle child from a remote hidden island off the coast of Tulliyolal, left her home, disillusioned with the traditions of her people. She began a pilgrimage to explore the world and return with something of value. She traveled to Eorzea, in the heart of Aldenard, where she struggled to adapt and survive as a sell-sword and dancer. A hardship that had darkened her features with doubt and disappointment. She felt as though the world beyond her homeland was wrought with greed and violence.Just as she had been about to surrender her ambition of completing her pilgrimage, she took up one final contract as a mercenary. A bounty to kill a woman by the name of Aresska Obscura. The bounty was placed by House Fumee and sanctioned by the House of Lords in Ishgard, claiming that she was an unholy abomination. A dangerous voidsent that needed to be brought down. However, when she hunted her into the wastes of Coerthas to her alleged hideout near Behemoth's Dominion, things became murky. Raiza attacked Aresska with vicious fervor, still believing the contract to speak true. However, as their battle went on. It became more and more clear that Aresska was not fighting back and merely avoided her strikes. Finally, Raiza gained the advantage, and as she stood over the woman, her heart was swayed. Aresska begged, but not for her life, for Raiza to spare her friends. The words cut through to the bone with clarity, and she saw the truth, that Aresska was not anything of what they said she was. A voidsent monster could not feel empathy to such a depth as to martyr oneself carelessly to protect her friends. The two spoke in depth, Aresska revealing to Raiza that her name was Draezha Serimosa. She told Raiza of her truth, the hardship she had faced to reach the point of where she was, and the second princess of Zantl empathized with her, abandoning the bounty and instead vowing to protect Drae. Over the following years they spent together, the two of them fell in love and entered an eternal bond.Though their relationship, like many, burned hot, Drae had become too involved with her work, leaving Raiza to worry, never returning home, and keeping secrets. She foolishly believed that she was protecting her wife from the heartache of worry. When she had taken notice of Raiza submerging herself in mercenary work again, Orryn Baaturis, one of the Ember Blades who worked with Raiza warned Drae of their marriage reaching a point of pending doom.Drae sought out Raiza in hopes to make amends with her lover, the Marshall of the Ember Blades company. A hollow pit within her formed at the idea that she would never once again feel her warmth, or hear of her glorious battles where her golden runes burned hot with honor, or take solace in Raiza's brightly adorned blades as they carved light into the lives of others. With the help of Orryn's information, she was able to locate her Pyrebound Vanguard, and plead for the chance to come clean. When Drae had concluded, she had become overwhelmed with guilt and promised to not burden Raiza any longer. However, Raiza's strong roots wouldn't allow it and she commanded Drae to stop, standing between her and the door, pulling her into a warm embrace while she sobbed against her stained armor. She promised Drae that she would always stand by her side, but that there would be no more secrets. With some reluctance and a soured heart, Drae sorrowfully accepted the generous ultimatum.Keeping her word, Drae continued to inform on her whereabouts and her well-being, and even her darkest secrets. Now, with their bond stronger than it had ever been, they fight side by side as they continue the work of The Confluence. And when Drae had faced certain death, she was brought back by Raiza's passion and love. After Rivexia had claimed Drae as her chosen and most devout daughter, she bid Raiza to protect her in her most dire moments, and granted her runes the power to summon her other fang, the counterpart blade to the one Drae now wields. Rivexia had named Raiza as Drae's guardian, a powerful recognition of Raiza's love for Drae, despite not paying a tribute of faith or loyalty to the ancient forgotten goddess of death.

Dierdren Nightwish (Pending Revision)
Finding someone else in Etheirys who shares the plight of blindness is no easy task. With some who do endure sightlessness having access to aethersight, someone who truly lacked sight was far less common, especially with the power of healing magics to prevent such ailments. Dierdren Nightwish, however, was an exception to this nebulous statistic. She was the very first person Drae had ever met who was completely blind, just as she was.Dierdren had been invited to visit Demon's Reverie by Tyrael Lightbringer, a friend and companion of hers. During her anxious visit, having learned that the owner of the bar, Drae, was also blind, she was made to feel welcome and accommodated as A'zya, one of the esteemed bartenders of Demon's Reverie offered her a braille menu. She knew it was a place she would want to return, a place that she could feel welcome and free of judgement or the presumption that she was incapable with her handicap.Week after week, Dierdren would visit Demon's Reverie, the taps and soft scuffs of her probing cane becoming a familiar and fond sound to be heard against its dark tiled floors. When she finally met with Drae, the two of them became fast friends. Though despite Drae's facade of meekness, she could see right through her, knowing well that she was far more capable than what others may have seen. The strange au ra had become fascinated with Dier, wanting to learn more of her, how she navigated her blindness, and even asked for help in learning more traditional methods as well as learning to rely more on her natural senses.Without question or judgement, Dierdren aided Drae, teaching her pieces of what she knew, even going so far as to hand-craft a cane for Drae to learn with and keep as another tool. Though Drae did not need her senses or the cane Dierdren made her, she kept it and practiced with it, learned how every sensation of the cane could guide her without the crutch of her abilities. To this day, Drae keeps the cane in her home, clean and cherished, as a powerful symbol of friendship from the woman she'd come to see as her closest friend. The more their friendship grew, Drae would come to confide in Dier about her struggles, knowing that Dierdren was a knowledgeable and well-read Sharlayan archon who excelled in medical practice, she could think of no better person to go to in her time of need. Being a person of indomitable altruistic kindness, Dier aided Drae in her quest, giving her every onz of information she needed along the way to complete the rite that would spare her from her curse of diablerie. The rite was successful, but as time worried away the days, it became clear that Dier was missing. When she returned, Drae could tell that something was different, but when she spoke to her friend, Dier's warmth was still ever-present, and that was enough for her. However, though the rite had been successful in the passing months, and the soul of Drae's reflection merged with her own. It left lingering effects that would continue to torment her. She once more would call upon Dier to aid her, as well as Raiza, and Myojo, wanting for her expertise in tandem with the support of her lover, and the spiritual Vizier of Death. The four of them met, and toiled over a discussion of Drae's affliction, the sickness caused by her use of magic; knowledge gained from the memories of her malicious reflection. Being granted the heart of the dead by Myojo at the request of Rivexia, and killed by the bite of the forgotten god, Drae had laid still and lifeless. Each of them played a role, but it was the phoenix's tear from Dierdren's empty eyes that brought Drae back to life after the necrotic hammer of the Vizier, and the passion of her lover had shattered the barrier. Dier held her tight and made her promise not to ever leave her again, knowing well that Drae would never be able to pass on to the aetherial sea. If there was any question of the strength of their unlikely friendship, it was answered in that moment with the heart of Dier's devotion.

Myojo Fujihana (Pending Revision)
Initially introduced to Drae by her best friend, Dierdren Nightwish, Myojo made an extravagantly eventful entrance into her life, shortly after Xverria's confirmed death. He brought Drae and Dier into a spirit world; a land of the dead between life and the aetherial sea. There, where her sight was unmarred, she watched as spirits wandered, gazes glancing toward them as they walked through the shifting dream-like plane that Myojo seemed to command at the tips of his fingers. He was presented as the Vizier of the Dead, someone who aided spirits in passing beyond once they had become worthy of transcending. She and Dierdren were shown themselves in a conjured mirror. A feeling of dread washed over Drae as she watched all of her tattoos and scars fade away. Myojo gave her a vision of the canvas of her flesh, unpainted. In a moment of panic she stated she hadn't wished for them to go away, that they were the stories of who she was. However, he assured her that upon their return, all of what she was would still be. That it was meant only to impart the depth of how far one had traveled before she had been made to hold such a decisive burden as a judge over the dead.Drae was bid to meet with the spirit of a man named Bargatan, who in life was a hunchback judged for his appearances. He was ultimately tormented by the cruelty of the ignorant who faced him with scrutiny. And in his fear and wish to spare those who scorned him of his visage, he isolated himself. Myojo asked her, if she felt he was worthy of passing on. As she felt bound to her momentous mantle, she looked upon him and asked him a myriad of questions, confirming what plagued him. After a time, he was finally judged worthy of passing by Drae, as he seemed to have come to an understanding that his wrong in life was that he suffocated his light in fear, not allowing the ignorant to see him for who he truly was. In his tears, he returned to his mangled state, wishing, like Drae, to hold onto the masterpiece of his canvas; the story of who he was.Once that business had concluded, another spirit was brought before them, the spirit of her lost friend, mentor, and the first and most impactful maternal figure in her life. She said her goodbyes, and judged her without hesitation as worthy of the aetherial sea, knowing well that what Xverria had done in life had wrought endless effervescent beauty to those around her, saving countless lives and bringing about justice to those who shirked accountability for their sinful actions. Before Xverria was ferried away, Myojo gave Drae the offering of a blessing, to which Drae asked to once again borrow Xverria's eye so that she may carry her through life, to show her beauty. The blessing was granted, bidding that she could once again see, but only during the day, where Xverria could see through Drae's eyes the beauty of life. The sentiment and grace of it was short lived, however. She had shown Xverria once again, Behemoth's Dominion, and the skies far above the clouds as she rode atop an airship, the very same she boarded to fulfill her contract to kill a corrupt noble lord. When Drae was faced with the brink of death due after the fateful altercation, Xverria sacrificed the blessing to grant Drae the strength to stand again, and her voice had perished. The eye had gone dim, and faded to dust. Her fateful encounter with Myojo was far from the last, as he would return to her once more through her dreams, where Dierdren was also present in this great abyss where he had been trapped. They spoke then, but this time of the malcontent surrounding his clan and his brother. How corruption had seeped into their family and over-indulgence had brought ruin upon them as they sought to call themselves as gods.Drae stood with iron will as she promised to aid Myojo in his crusade, knowing well what desolation could follow, as her very ethos, the way of Rivexia, of the Dahlia; the Khunijin, and the lost ancient empire of the Morgshig Dynasty dictated such corruption was meant to be dismantled to maintain the balance of Etheirys. Dierdren also echoed her sentiment, and the three agreed to do their individual parts in seeing the onset of these events through to their finality.Myojo then offered another blessing to Drae, in the absence of what was lost from their prior meeting. She told him of her struggles to see using the webs of aether she had designed herself with the help of her wife, and how she had wished to be able to feel the world around her naturally, as the spider, as her goddess did. She was thusly dubbed the Weaver of Omens, an avatar of the spider. Though Myojo couldn't have known of her ties to her goddess, it was aptly endorsed by Rivexia, as Drae was then chosen by her to be her most devout daughter. What waits still is unknown as the story continues to unfold, but it is by far only the beginning of the end, and an end that shall bring new growth.

The Immortal Flames
(Pending Revision)
Having established Demon's Reverie in The Goblet, with intent to expand The Confluence's affiliations. Draezha sought out The Immortal Flames with interest in creating ties. At first The Immortal Flames rejected her proposal, stating that the Flames had no use for what The Confluence had to offer, and would not work with an illicit organization. They threatened to place her in the Ul'dahn gaol if she didn't leave the premises of their station. However, the threat did not deter her, she expressed desire to speak with ranking officers on the matter, and with some reluctance her request was met. She was guided to a war room where she met with several officials of The Immortal Flames and expressed her plight. She offered to provide them with any information The Confluence could gather on movements of their enemies or other intelligence relevant to their missions. In exchange, The Immortal Flames would allow The Confluence access to some of their resources and provide assistance if needed. After some deliberation, the officers agreed that it would be beneficial for The Immortal Flames to work alongside The Confluence. Though, they would only agree on the condition that Draezha herself joined the Flames as a contracted operative and reported directly to them when appropriate. In addition, they stated that if The Confluence was ever discovered aiding enemies of the Flames or compromising the sanctity of Thanalan amid their business dealings, that they would cut all ties with The Confluence, and Draezha would face charges of treachery.

The Brass Blades
(Pending Revision)
Having established herself in Thanalan and The Goblet, as well as making her way into the ranks of the Immortal Flames as an informant and operative, it was only a matter of time that Draezha caught the attention of the Brass Blades. Initially, some of their more unseemly constituents approached her. They tried to run a racket on her, making an attempt to extort her and quickly realized that she wasn't as harmless as she seemed. She incapacitated and dispatched them, then reported their activities to their superiors. Shortly after, the Brass Blades expressed interest in forming a business deal with her.In exchange for information relevant to their operations, the Brass Blades would offer protection to The Confluence within Thanalan. It was an offer she had no qualms with accepting, as facilitating information trade with the Brass Blades only served to further her motives and allow the roots of her network to take hold in The Goblet.

House Fumee
(Pending Revision)
A relatively smaller house known for their strange investments, House Fumee never seems to act in a way that will further their house’s prestige or position. Instead, they opt to keep a status quo, presumably to prevent drawing attention to their otherwise unsavory activities.During Draezha’s time living in The Brume and working for the dragon Xverria, House Fumee always seemed to be making every attempt to interfere with her. She managed to stay out of their grasp for a time, but after the Dragonsong War, it became difficult for her to keep whatever guise she had. House Fumee saw fit to place a bounty on her head, though the nature of the bounty eluded her. She assumed that it was due to her actions during the Dragonsong War, but she was unable to ever confirm her suspicions. Over time the mercenaries who hunted her pushed her to flee Coerthas entirely. To her knowledge, the bounty still exists, though it has been some time since she had been forced to evade pursuers. She claimed one such mercenary as her lover after a dangerous engagement where the woman hunting her saw through the claims of Draezha’s horrific visage. Such claims would have her painted as a viscious and dangerous voidsent, a claim that found purchase as a result of her eerie appearance compared to other xaela. However, the mercenary; her lover, Raiza Ku’ku, stood between her and those who would capture or kill her. What interest House Fumee may have had or still has in her still remains an inconclusive mystery...
